About me

Gaëlle Lissade

My name is Gaëlle Lissade, I am a chef and a diplomat bringing together two passions and created a space where the rest of the world would get to know Haiti through a culinary lens.

I have been cooking since the age of 8, and ever since I continuously used food as a medium for self-expression.

I have moved around quite regularly, and my cooking style was adapted to be a reflection of my nostalgia of Haiti while combining the amazing and diverse gastronomy I have found along the way.

More About Me

¨I have been enjoying creating and innovating new dishes, while highlighting the diversity of Haitian cuisine. I invite you to come over, and explore with me the wide range of dishes that our menu offers
-Gaëlle
